(A–C) IFN-β-GFP THFs were mock infected, infected with replicating SeV (200 particles/cell), or infected with SeV-UV (200 particles/cell). (B and C) SeV-UV infected cells were sorted for GFP fluorescence 16 hr post-infection and gSeV (B) or DVG-546 (C) measured by quantitative RT-PCR.
