ARV-825 degrades BET proteins and suppresses MYCN or c-Myc expression. (A) Western blot analysis showed that ARV-825 induced BET proteins degradation, PARP and Caspase3 cleavage, and MYCN protein reduction in MYCN-amplified NB cells [left: IMR-32 cells; right: SK-N-BE(2) cells].
