Antibody-drug conjugate. In addition to the antibody structure with antigen-binding domains, there are noncleavable linkers attaching the cytotoxic drugs to the Fc portion of the antibody. The drug-antibody ratio varies by agent and can affect cytotoxicity, stability in the circulation, and immunogenicity.
