Comparison of the lipid unsaturation levels in Synechocystis sp. PCC 6803 wild-type strain lipidomes obtained from cells cultivated in fast- (FGM) or in slow-growth mode (SGM). For each lipid class, the indicated fold-changes were calculated based on the sum of peak areas of lipid species with particular level of unsaturation in FGM versus those in SGM.
