Inclusion and exclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria
 Patients with primary open-angle glaucoma refractory to anti-glaucoma medications
 Glaucoma patients’ who referred to their first trabeculectomy surgery in this eye
 Patient without other intraocular diseases that may increase the IOP
 Male or female of any race, at least 18 years of age
 Has provided verbal and written informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
 Patients with primary open-angle glaucoma which is end-stage disease
 Patient who underwent trabeculectomy surgery in the same eye in the past
 Patient who underwent laser trabeculoplasty
 Patient with other intraocular disease that may increase the IOP
 Patient with a history of ocular conditions that may affect the eye angle’s anatomic organs
 Pregnant women
 Male or female younger than 18 years of age
