Table III. Precision and accuracy for the determination of CYP and UGT isoforms.

Intra- and inter-day precision and accuracy were determined by measuring standard samples at three concentration levels (Low, Mid, High): 2.3, 18.8 and 150 nM for CYP2C9; 1.6, 12.5 and 100nM for CYP2E1; and 0.9, 7.5 and 60 nM for other signature peptides, respectively.
