The experiment was performed with three technical replicates for each sample. Dilutions of plant-produced mAbs or serum collected from a coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patient (positive control) or human anti-PD1 antibody, negative serum (negative control) were co-incubated with 100 × TCID50 of the SARS-CoV2 virus and Vero-E6 cells for 48 h, and then neutralizing titers of the mAbs were calculated. aTiter of <10 indicates no detectable antibody and considered negative.
