Aspirin decreased the expression of proinflammatory factors induced by denervation. The muscle and serum of TA were harvested for quantitative reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). (A) qRT-PCR was performed to analyze the mRNA expression of proinflammatory factors IL-6, IL-1β and TNF-α in TA muscle of mice in each group. (B) ELISA was performed to determine the content of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), Interleukin -1β (IL-1β) and Interleukin-6 (IL-6) in mice of each group. **, P<0.01 and ***, P<0.001 versus Ctrl group; ^#, P<0.05 and ^##, P<0.01 versus Den group.
