Effects of MARCO on interaction with exosomes (A) or 20-nm nanoparticles (B). T-REx-CHO-MARCO cells were cultured in a multi-well glass-bottom dish with (CHO-MARCO) or without (CHO-CT) tetracycline. After 24 h of culture, the cells were exposed to green fluorescent exosomes (A) or 20-nm red fluorescent nanoparticles (B) for 6 h. Cellular association was observed using fluorescence microscopy.
