Effects of inhibitors on the internalization of exosomes (A), 20-nm (B), or 200-nm (C) particles. T-REx-CHO-MARCO cells were cultured with tetracycline in a 96-well black plate with clear bottom. The CHO-MARCO cells were pretreated with various inhibitors for 1 h, and then incubated with exosomes, 20-nm, or 200-nm particles in the presence of each inhibitor. After 6 h culture, the cells were washed twice with HBSS and fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde, followed by staining with DAPI. The cells were observed using fluorescence microscopy.
