Response characteristics of 10 patients with anaplastic lymphoma kinase‐positive anaplastic large cell lymphoma treated with alectinib. Objective response was observed in eight patients. Two patients received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) in remission following alectinib treatment. Five patients continued to receive alectinib beyond 16 cycles.
