Eligibility criteria for the DYNAMO study

Inclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria

• Permanent admission to or living in a somatic or psychogeriatric ward • ≥ 65 years of age • Risk of malnutrition, or malnutrition • Oropharyngeal dysphagia • Informed consent

• Daily use of protein- and energy-containing ONS over a period of four weeks prior to screening • Daily use of enteral or parenteral nutrition over a period of four weeks prior to screening • Renal disease requiring dialysis • Both lower legs amputated • Known allergy or intolerance to any ingredient of the test product • Participation in any other study within 6 weeks prior to or after randomization • Known cachexia • Uncertainty about the willingness or ability of the resident to comply with the protocol requirements
