Representative images of fluorescence conjugated Isolectin GS-IB4 (Griffonia simplicifolia) identifies blood vessel walls in both Control (A-D) and IOP elevated (E-H) eyes. The arterioles (thicker branches, A and E), and the three vascular plexi (Superficial, B and F; Intermediate, C and G; and Deep, D and H) are detected with confocal microscopy.
