GD3 CAR Tregs generate immunosuppressive cytokines in presence of activated T cells. Cytokines were measured in supernatants from cocultures of melanocyte targets and HLA-A2-restricted Teffs, in presence and absence of untransduced or CAR-transduced Tregs.
