PPI network of significant genes associated with TB-BMD or fracture in our analysis. Gene pairs with interaction scores larger than 0.4 were retained in the PPI network. Four novel genes (DBF4B, GRN, TMUB2, and UNC93B1) detected in our study were directly connected to the genes reported in previous GWASs or TWASs.
