SEC chromatograms of XPD (92 kDa), p44/p62 (132 kDa) and the XPD/p44/p62 (224 kDa) complex were performed in 20 mM HEPES pH 7.5, 250 mM NaCl and 1 mM TCEP on a Superdex200 Increase 3.2/300. XPD was mixed with p44/p62 at an equal molar ratio (final concentration of 40 μM) prior to SEC.
