LINC01426is highly expressed in NSCLC tissues and cell lines. (A) The TCGA dataset was used to analyze LINC01426 expression in LUAD and LUSC. (B) LINC01426 expression in 58 pairs of NSCLC tissues and corresponding adjacent normal tissues was measured using qRT-PCR. (C) LINC01426 expression in NSCLC cell lines (H522, H460, SK-MES-1 and A549) was measured using qRT-PCR. A human non-tumorigenic bronchial epithelial cell line BEAS-2B was used as control.
