Note that only UVSC outflow of AQH (determined by 2-methods) is enhanced by FR-190997 in this monkey model of OHT. However, this drug also promoted TM-mediated conventional outflow of AQH as demonstrated in ex-vivo perfused porcine eyes (ref (218)). Data taken from ref (7).
