All of the BTBD7-SLC2A5 fusions identified in the four patients had the same breakpoints (See Table 2 for details). The breakpoints were within exon 10 of the BTBD4 and intron 1 of SLC2A5. B) Predicted transcript and protein of the BTBD7-SLC2A5 fusion determined by Fusion hub. The predicted protein contained the entire transmembrane domain and fructose transporter domain of SLC2A5 and the BTB domain of BTBD7.
