HMGB1 promoted expression of RAGE but not TLR2 and TLR4. HGC-27 cells were transfected with GFP-HMGB1 or negative plasmids for 24 h (A), or HMGB1 shRNA or negative plasmids for 48 h (B) and expression levels of RAGE, TLR1 and TLR4 were determined by Western blotting.
