Comparison of ELISA format B using different blocking reagents with varying working concentrations of capture nanobody A9 (0.625–20 μg/mL). Direct coating of A9 (format A) through passive adsorption was followed by 2% BSA blocking (a) or 3% SM blocking (b). HRP-A1 (1:6400 dilution in PBS) was used as detection antibody.
