Effects of TRIF deficiency on the IPGTT and ITT. (a) At the age of 46 weeks, mice were fasted for 16 h and injected i.p. with 1.5 g glucose/kg bodyweight, and (b) blood glucose and insulin were measured before and after glucose injection at the indicated time points. (c) At the age of 47 weeks, mice were fasted for 4 h and injected i.p. with 0.75 U insulin/kg bodyweight for the ITT.
