Weeks in early March included as a reference for a typical week. Definitions: completed visits: patients seen either in‐person or virtually; cancelled visits: patient cancelled visit more than 24 hours in advance; no show visits: patient did not arrive for in‐person appointment or could not be reached on the day of appointment for telemedicine.
