aCerebrospinal fluid (CSF) testing consistent with TB includes lymphocytes with raised protein or positive Xpert. One patient was missing data for CSF testing. TB score was calculated based on the number of positive urine TB tests (TB-LAM or Xpert, possible values 0–2).
