Solid organ transplant patients with strongyloidiasis had elevated eosinophils and increased ECP and EPO, while MBP and EDN correlated with increasing IFABP. Increasing Strongyloides-specific IgG was associated with increasing eosinophils and ECP, EPO in Strongyloides-seropositive patients (P < .05).
