Profile of KCO effects on rhythmic contractions and intraluminal flow of isolated mesenteric LVs. Increasing concentrations of KCOs: cromakalim (○), minoxidil sulfate (▪), and diazoxide (∆) significantly decreased the amplitude of contraction (A), progressively reduced the frequency of contraction (B), resulted in a small but significant increase in EDD (C), and decreased calculated lymph flow (D).
