Small, homogeneous rounded opacity in the right lung; B: Bilateral perilobular pattern: Polygonal (irregular, linear or band-like) peripheral opacities in secondary pulmonary lobules; C: Peripheral, elongated, curved consolidation in the right lower lobe containing dilated bronchi.
