Effects of Cdh1-deficiency on stromal compartment in the murine prostate. A, Quantification of Masson’s trichrome staining of extracellular matrix (blue) in the stroma surrounding prostate glands of Cdh1^-/- mice at 21 to 23 weeks of age. Extracellular matrix (ECM) was quantified by calculating the intensity of blue staining as previously (54), using the color deconvolution plugin to separate the blue staining and then ImageJ (34).
