She was newly detected hypertensive and had developed left putaminal bleed with NIHSS score of 19, intra cerebral hemorrhage score of 2, intra cerebral hemorrhage volume (60 cc) having Grade 3 perilesional edema on computed tomography scan brain and perfusion deficit of 23%.
