After leukapheresis, T-cell receptor-engineered T-cells/chimeric antigen receptor T-cells, and cytokine-induced killer cells is produced from T cells and NK cells, respectively. Following expansion, these cells are transfused into host to target and eliminate tumor cells by different mechanisms.
