C57/BL6 mice (n = 5/group) were transduced with the viral vectors encoding control or Mov10-targeting shRNAs (5×107 TU) via caudal vein, followed by infection with SFTSV (105 TCID50) via subcutaneous injection, 7 d posttransduction. Three days postinfection, mice were sacrificed for evaluation of Mov10 expression by qPCR (A) and IB (B) analyses and for quantification of viral S RNA copy (C and D), platelet count (E), and ALT level (F) in the indicated tissues as described in Materials and Methods.
