FAM83A is overexpressed in cervical cancer. (A) Analyses of FAM83A expression levels in cervical SCC and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), kidney chromophobe (KICH), kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), and rectal adenocarcinoma (READ) samples using TCGA sequencing data. (B) Kaplan–Meier analysis of overall survival and disease-free survival in patients with cervical cancer (P < 0.001 for both overall survival and disease-free survival) based on FAM83A expression. (C) qRT-PCR was performed to detect FAM83A expression in cervical cancer and matched normal tissues (n = 31).
