RNA samples were extracted from seedlings that were initially grown at 22°C under 70 μmol m⁻² s⁻¹ of white light for 3 days and then transferred to 28°C (as 28°C treatment) or maintained at 22°C (as 22°C treatment) for an additional 4 days.
