Magnetization (M) vs. Applied Field (H) i.e. M-H curves at three different temperatures for fixed and unfixed spleen tissue samples as indicated. The shapes of the curves reveal minimal hysteresis and a reduction in magnetization from 10 K to 300 K, characteristic of superparamagnetic material (ferritin).
