Effects of Hex on EGFR distribution and Tyr 1068 phosphorylation in lipid rafts.
Detergent-free lipid rafts were isolated from Caco-2 cells treated with/without Hex (5, 10 μM) for 30 min at 37 °C and incubated in the absence/presence of EGF (10 ng/ml) for 10 min at 37 °C. Gradients were separated into 6 fractions and each fraction was analyzed by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies.
