Expression of ecdysone receptor signaling components during development. RNA-Seq expression during development is presented in RPKM. n = 3 independent libraries were analyzed for each developmental stage. An additional group of n = 3 animals were injected on day 17 with 20-hydroxyecdysone (20E) and then analyzed on day 18. Onset of atrophy on day 15 is accompanied by a downward trend in E75 and a transient elevation of 74EF.
