CDK6 is involved in miR-186-inhibited migration and invasion of HepG2 and HUH7 cells. HepG2 and HUH7 were transfected with pcDNA3.1-CDK6 (loss of WT 3′-UTR) and/or miR-186 mimics. Transwell assay was conducted to detect cell migration (A) and invasion (B) in HepG2 and HUH7 cells. HepG2 and HUH7 cells were then cotransfected with miR-186 mimics and/or si-CDK6. The migration (C) and invasion (D) abilities of HepG2 and HUH7 cells were detected by Transwell assay. Data represent means ± SEM of three independent experiments. *p < 0.01.
