SEC61G was required for cell proliferation of HepG2 and 7402 cells. (a) CCK8 assay demonstrated the proliferation of HepG2 and 7402cells transfected with si-SEC61G was significantly weaker than that of si-NC group. (b) Colony formation assay indicated that the clone number of HepG2 and 7402 cells transfected with si-SEC61G was significantly less than that of si-NC group.
