RAOEC and HMEC-1 cells in the control, intervention, intervention+inhibitor-miR-26b-5p and inhibitor-miR-26b-5p groups were submitted to the following experiments. (A,B) The levels of miR-26b-5p and COX2 mRNA in cells were tested by using qPCR. (C,D) The protein level of COX2 was determined by Western blotting. (E–L) The levels of PGE2, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-1β in the supernatants of cells were measured by ELISA (n=3, *P<0.05, vs. control group; #P<0.05, vs. intervention group).
