Data from 7,6926,211 adults (1,214828 cases and 6,4785,383 controls) with biopsy-proven NAFLD comparing advanced fibrosis (F3–F4) vs. F0–F2, using a recessive model of inheritance (CC + CT vs. TT). Meta-analysis was performed using random effects with DerSimonian-Laird method for estimation of tau². Additional references are available in the Supplementary Data.
