FIG 2

Phylogenomic tree of G. vaginalis. A proteomic tree was constructed based on the concatenation of 334 G. vaginalis core genes identified in the pan-genome analysis of the 72 G. vaginalis strains. The tree was built by the neighbor-joining method, and bootstrap percentages above 50 are shown at node points, based on 1,000 replicates. Phylogenetic clusters of different genotypes are highlighted in different colors. Colored circles represent the occurrence of the vly (dark pink) and sld (light blue) genes in the corresponding G. vaginalis genomes.
