Central corneal DC density (A) was similar amongst the cognitive normal (CN), mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and Alzheimer’s disease (AD) participants groups. On average, central corneal DCs had a larger field area (B) and perimeter (C) in MCI eyes, relative to CNs.
