The figure reports the trajectory in the ICU/Cumulative Death phase space of the epidemic. While the dead count exactly follows the epidemic course until 20 June 2020, starting from that date, the dead count is decoupled by the rising of infected number. It should be stressed that, from June 20, the death rate is dramatically slowed down, mirroring the contemporary reduction in the accesses to ICUs.
