SiCYP92B14 is a pivotal enzyme that allocates the substrate (+)‐sesamin to (+)‐sesamolin and (+)‐sesaminol through three separate paths via either direct oxidation (path a) or oxidative rearrangement of α‐oxy‐substituted aryl groups (ORA; paths b and c).
