USP37 knockdown reduced the proliferation of MCF-7 and MCF-7/ADR cells. (A) Cells were transfected with shUSP37#1 and shUSP37. Cell proliferation was analyzed by CCK-8 assay. Cells transfected with shScramble were normalized to the control group. Data were presented as the mean±s.d. Student's t-test: *P<0.05 vs. shScramble group.
