5-Aza and TSA both inhibit the growth of A2780CP cells in a concentration and time-dependent manner.Cell viability of A2780CP cells was measured using MTT assay in the presence of TSA and 5- Aza. Cells were treated with various concentrations of A) 5-Aza and; B) TSA for 48 h. Cell viability in terms of untreated control cells was expressed as percentages. The IC50 obtained for 5-Aza and TSA was 5 µM and 0.5 µM respectively.
