BMI, body mass index; SES, socioeconomic status from childhood and adulthood combined; FV, fruit and vegetable consumption. Depressive symptoms were measured with the Center for Epidemiological Studies Depression Scale (CES-D) with an absolute range of 0–60; scores of 16 or higher are considered indicative of depression. Flourishing was measured using the Flourishing Scale, with an absolute range of 1–7.
