Gene Set Enrichment Analysis (GSEA) shows that the five m⁶A RNA methylation regulators, including YTHDF3, RBM15B, ZC3H13, LRPPRC, METTL16. The results are based on their normalized enrichment score (NES) and normalized p-value. Pathways with positive NES are positively correlated with the genes, and pathways with negative NES are negatively correlated with the genes.
