Thirteen distinct cell clusters existed in the oral tissues (A), including epithelial cells, fibroblasts, T cells, and B cells. The heatmap of the main corresponding cell marker gene expression profiles across the cell types is plotted in (B). The marker gene of epithelial cells included KRT6B, GJB2, SFN, and KRT14.
