LA25 cells were treated with 10µM MG132, 25 mM NH4Cl, 500 µM sodium orthovanadate (Na3VO4), 25 µg/mL cycloheximide (CHX), or 5 µg/mL Brefeldin A (BFA) for 2 h and immunoblotted for total Cx43 (Cx43) and phosphospecific antibodies for Y247, S262, Y265, S279/282, S325/328/330, S365, S368, and S373.
